The practice

How the partnership works.

What it is.
A six-month private coaching partnership. One leader, one partner.
Who it's for.
Founders, CEOs, and senior leaders who are already capable, sense another level, and will tell the truth.
How it works.
Two to three 60-minute sessions a month, with unlimited access between them. A longer first session opens it. A final session closes it. The line stays open between sessions — a note, a voice memo, a question you can’t sit with until next time.
What it costs.
Pricing is quoted on the first call.
How to start.
Write a short inquiry. I respond within five business days or decline if the fit isn’t there.

How a partnership runs

A six-month private partnership. One leader. One partner. One conversation.

Two to three private 60-minute sessions a month. The cadence is set by the work in front of us, not by a clock on a wall.

Between sessions, the line stays open without limit — a short note, a voice memo, a question that has been pressing. You do not wait until the next session to think out loud.

What leaders bring, and what you get

What leaders bring

  • A cofounder or board conversation you’ve been circling for months
  • A decision only you can make — sell, raise, restructure, leave
  • An exec team that’s outgrown how you built it
  • You’re the bottleneck and you know it

What you get

  • Two to three private 60-minute sessions a month, for six months
  • An open line between sessions — a note, a voice memo, a question. No metering.
  • A partner with no stake in your decision — not your board, not your investor, not your team
  • Undivided attention on your most important work, and someone keeping you to it

How a partnership begins and ends

First session

A longer first session. We name what you’re actually trying to do, what’s been getting in the way, and what we will hold each other to for the next six months.

Final session

A final session. We name what changed, what remains, and what you will carry forward without me.

Pricing is quoted on the first call. There is no pricing table.

What I hold to

Clarity

Clarity is not a deliverable. It is a condition we keep returning to until you can see and decide in plain sight.

Purpose

Effort without purpose burns people out and builds incorrectly.

We keep asking the question underneath the question — what is this actually in service of?

Purpose is the compass.

Accountability

I do not hold your hand, but we do work together.

Each session ends with next steps. The work moves between meetings — that is the expectation.

Confidentiality

What you bring stays private.

If our work ever becomes a story you want to tell, that is yours to tell — not mine.

Integrity of scope

I do not drift. If the work we begin is not the work you need, I name it, re-cut it, or end cleanly.

The scope is kept honest, or the scope is retired.

Most leaders do not need more information. They need less noise.

What this is not

I do not install frameworks, run cohorts of strangers, or turn the engagement into a subscription. I do not perform certainty I do not have. I do not sell you a longer relationship to justify my presence. I do not fabricate outcomes.

A clean ending is part of the work.

How to start

Write to me. Tell me what you are trying to do and what has been getting in the way. I read every inquiry personally and respond within five business days — or decline, if the fit is not there.

The first conversation costs nothing and commits nothing.

When you’re ready to begin, tell me.
