About Roy
Roy has spent 15+ years leading teams and organizations. He has run teams, built them, and rebuilt them when they stopped working.
Much of that time he served as the second chair to founders. His job was to translate between the founder and the team. He helped the founder hear what the team saw, and helped the team understand where the founder was going.
Now he runs Lucier Partners. He does the same work for business owners who want an honest read on their company, starting with themselves.
