About Roy
Roy spent the first part of his working life in pastoral ministry — fifteen-plus years across local church, multi-site, and executive pastoral roles. He learned to sit with people in the moments that matter, where the stakes are real and the language has to be true.
From there he moved into organizational leadership. He ran teams, built and rebuilt structures, and watched competent organizations confuse motion for progress.
Now he runs Lucier Partners — the synthesis of the pastoral and the operational, where truth is held carefully and where truth has to move.
