What founders carry
Founder weight is a particular kind. The story has to be told to investors, to employees, to customers, to your spouse, to yourself. Each version is true. None of them is the whole.
The work of being a founder is mostly the work of carrying that gap — between what you can say in a board update and what you actually know to be true at 2 AM. Between the version that needs to land and the version that needs somewhere to go.

What we do: we partner with you on the decisions that only you can make, the conversations that only you can hold, and the parts of building a company that your operators, your board, and your investors are not equipped to help with.
